Grey Stuff
"Try the grey stuff," sings Lumiere. This iconic pasty dish was first served in Beauty and the Beast. Loved by kids, it is now served as a treat at BE OUR GUEST RESTAURANT in Fantasyland.
Ingridents
- 1 ½ cups cold whole milk
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 15 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping thawed
- 3 tablespoons instant chocolate pudding mix
- 12 scalloped sugar cookies
- Edible sugar Pedals
Instructions
- Pour milk into a large mixing bowl. Add vanilla pudding mix and whisk for 2 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
- Pulse chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until pureed. Fold into pudding mix, stirring until thoroughly mixed.
- Stir in whipped topping and chocolate pudding mix, mixing well. Refrigerate for 1 hour to 2 hours or until firm.
- Spoon into a piping bag fitted with a desired tip and pipe onto sugar cookies. Top with sugar pearls.
